Bank of America agreed and promised to a loan modification on our home FOUR months ago. We keep making our payments on time---the old higher payment that is---and they will NOT complete the loan paper work. When we call Bank of America we are given the run around---they have not even assigned us a representative for contact purposes!!

Bank of America is still holding part of our insurance money almost 2 years later so good luck to anyone who has a claim. We got a letter stating that if we wanted the money refunded to us than to get an inspection and if we wanted the money applied to our loan than to call them and they would do so.

Sep 23, 2019 · Bank of America are crooks. I had a claim with the bank for $490. They denied my claim only to confirm 5 months later that my claim was valid and they would be issuing a check. Well it’s been 6 weeks and of course no check. Don’t Bank with these people. The fees are too high and they do not help their community. Bank with a credit union.1/5(23)

BAC has not, to-date, been willing to recognize TBWs forbearance contracts nor have they given us credit towards the forbearance months as outlined and fully repaid as of August 2011.
