I suggest ppl dont use Barclaycard once a great company to deal with, with excellent customer service standards! To 6 phone calls over a period of two weeks and over 1.5 hrs to resolve an issue. Rude and enept staff to lazy or couldnt be bothered to actually do their job!!

Each call is over an hour. The problem is that Barclaycard have admitted verbally that they know the fraud is nothing to do with us. They put a bad credit rating on our credit history due to the fraud and it has not been removed.
