Aug 03, 2009 · We have a similar problem, but with a small dog, at 2288 E. Orange Grove Avenue. The people go away frequently on the weekend and leave the dog in the yard. It escapes and runs free, barking at night while trying to get back into the house/yard. All neighbors have informed/begged/warned these people, but they do nothing to correct the problem.
