Oct 06, 2010 · Bay Tree Solutions recently came onto the timeshare resales scene. If they are asking for money upfront without a guarantee, or are saying that they have a buyer waiting, stay away. Their BBB rating is officially "No Rating". And the BBB review recently was changed. Before, the company had 18 complaints in the last 36 months; all had been resolved.

Feb 05, 2012 · Baytree Solutions I paid money upfront to Baytree Solutions, and after several years of "working with" them, my feeling is that the whole thing is a scam. They listed several of my timeshare properties for about 3 years, and I never received a call from a single interested buyer.
