Belks offers their employees an employee hotline that never receives a response. Threats and constant unprofessionalsism from management seems to be the norm at belks. I apply that statement to all of Belk because of the lack of response to the employee hotline inquiries. It seems as if Wal-mart's way of doing business is becoming the norm.
