recent developments - we had a discussion with big motoring world and it was agreed that we should drop the car with them to try and fix it again. on Saturday the 25/01/20 we dropped the car with them and they gave us a courtesy car, pending the time they fix it. they also offered us a 3 months extended warranty period (1 Feb - 30apr ) on the condition that I update my review.

We visited Big Motoring World last week after viewing cars at Car Giant in White City. We were looking to replace a 2007 BMW 740LD with a newer BMW. This is not a place to browse cars, you must do your homework first with Autotrader.com etc and visit with a short list to see.4.2/5(349)

Nov 02, 2015 · Bought a car from big motoring world... 7 months down the line after a routine visit to change a tyre the garage have advised me the tyres on the car are not designed for the alloy and are dangerous.... Not only this 6 cracks in the alloy they fitted which is made in Thailand!!! Car looked nice when purchased but the customer service now is no where to be seen!3/5(41)

Great service. We recently bought a car from big motoring world and we were treated very courteously and polite. We had booked a test drive for the car we were interested in and then afterwards our sales rep went through additional options of gap insurance, scotch guard coating and extended warranty.

Jan 04, 2018 · I spent over £13,000 on a Mercedes from Big Motoring World. Between my viewing the car and when I went to collect the car someone had driven into the car and scraped the front bumper. Given that their cars are kept on a secure compound and only their staff are able to drive inside their compounds, one of their staff had driven into my car.2.9/5(42)
