I called Eskom again, to be told that the complaint had been rectified and the power had been restored! They said that the technician is not coming. They have told me at least four times that they will call me back and not once have they done that. I have lived here for 20 years. I know whether or not the electricity is on! I contacted the Eskom Customer Service Call Centre on 05 May 2013 after mistakenly using a wrong meter number to purchase electricty. the transaction was done via online banking. The Call Centre Operator said that she will log a call for me and gave me reference number 94225655 to use when making follow-ups.
