Jan 15, 2014 · In the end I had enough. You spend half the day sending the same report to 20 different members of "management", while ignoring customer complaints. Sales staff were encouraged to lie to get a sale. I was encouraged to have them pay for a year of service upfront, and inevitably Trugreen would mess it up. Show More4/5

You are obviously a Trugreen employee. Why else would you be on this site? If you were a satisifed Trugreen customer, you would have no reason to be trolling the internet looking for complaints against the company. I just cancelled my service with them after ten years because my lawn has been looking worse and worse for the last two years.
