Feb 05, 2018 · The Ombudsman said it was an Openreach issue and they only dealt with complaints for ISP's, so try my MP. My MP raised a complaint to BT Executive Level Technical Complaints team and they basically said Openreach wouldn't change or upgrade the cable unless it was hard down/beyond repair and referred us to the deadlock letter.

Welcome to this user forum. You cannot complain to Openreach, but you could complain to the developers, as they should have been in contact with Openreach before the building work started, to ensure that the infrastructure was put in place during the build.. There is nothing BT Retail, or any other Service Provider can do about this.
