We had similar issues with Bloor Homes. The conservatory in the house is faulty. Bloor Homes hired their own trusted partner to conduct a survey which concluded that substantial amount of work was required to remedy the issue. On the back of this report, Bloor Homes just simply responded that they wouldn't do anything about it. Seriously?
