Was told when we purchased this 2 night stay in Branson MO we would be put up at the Radisson Hotel and we could stay on a weekend. Dec 14, 2007 · Just like anything else a timeshare is worth only what someone else is willing to pay for it. Timeshares sale optimistically for from 20-40 percent of what is paid for them retail. Bluegreen on top of that has the highest fees in the industry. They have hundreds of complaints filed with the BBB and consumer affairs.

Jul 21, 2015 · Bluegreen is a good product, however, they rely on people not knowing about pricing to gouge new owners. Look at Marriott and Disney. Both those companies clearly price their timeshares and do not secretly make better deals with those in the know. Their pricing is consistent and fair. Bluegreen has not been consistent or fair.
