Before we went last Saturday, I was emailed the certificates showing the free dining card and free week stay. However, on the free week stay, it said CRV Resorts, NOT BlueGreen Resorts. I immediately called BlueGreen and asked a rep who CRV was, and they said it was a different company completely.

Dec 14, 2007 · Bluegreen on top of that has the highest fees in the industry. They have hundreds of complaints filed with the BBB and consumer affairs. They can't be accredited by consumer groups because of this. They have numerous awards related to business, sales etc. but nothing consumer related i.e. Customer Satisfaction.
