Dec 14, 2011 · BP Canada Shingles claim process. BP Canada has made the process of submitting a claim under the class action lawsuit incredibly difficult. I don't see how anyone much less an elderly or disabled person can reasonably fulfill BP Canada's arcane and arbitrary conditions. Their IT system is is the worst I've ever seen in 30+ years in the IT business.
