Dec 14, 2011 · BP Canada Shingles claim process. BP Canada has made the process of submitting a claim under the class action lawsuit incredibly difficult. I don't see how anyone much less an elderly or disabled person can reasonably fulfill BP Canada's arcane and arbitrary conditions. Their IT system is is the worst I've ever seen in 30+ years in the IT business.

Feb 23, 2012 · I have had BP shingles installed on my roof in 2006. They had to be replaced last June again. I email BP in Lasalle, Quebec, Canada and advise them to see what they would do. They did not even reply. I have contaced my lawyer and will be filing a claim for 2006 and for 2011.

Jul 29, 2012 · I have a client that was given a Sample board from BP of Canada Shingles. He chose the Eclipse GL's with the 40 year warranty. I've never used this product,but see they've had problems with their organic shingles since there are a lot of recent complaints of early decomposition.
