Jan 29, 2008 · I recently bought a Canon A710 IS digital camera from Broadway Photo. Their website advertised it as a brand-new camera. More than a month later, a problem cropped up, and I had to call Canon Technical Support for advices. Only then, I discovered that the camera was a refurbished item. Never buy anything from Broadway Photo again.

On July 3, 2008 I purchased a conversion lens for my digital camera and binocluars at Broadway Cameras & Electronics at 1550 Broadway in NYC. I did not have my camera with me but the salesman/manager said the lens was universal. When I got home on July 5th I tried the lens with my camera and it did not fit.
