After you’ve finished with the online Live Chat you’re sent an email from BT Customer Services with a summary of the whole chat. which you can keep for your records.

@Richard1974 . As you are paying over £100 a month, are you a BT Business customer? If you are, then you should have a much better SLA than a residential customer and would normally be fixed within 48 hours or less.. Its actually just Openreach, not BT Openreach.
