Feb 12, 2019 · Review: On july 25/13 I made a purchase from budget bride for some flowers for my wedding. The total price including delivery was 312.00. I purchased the flowers with my visa card and when I contacted the bank to ask for my balance they told me that budget bride charged me an additional 9.36 cents and im not sure why.
