Aug 01, 2016 · In my application dated 28th Dec'2010, I had requested BSNL, Calcutta telephones to disconnect board band services from 1st. Jan2011 and to sent a revised bill to enable me pay telephone charges for Dec'2010(to be paid in 1/2011) separately. The bill for Dec'10 was with advance payment for Board Band charges.

We have lodged a number of complaints but to no avail. It has not been working properly for the last one month. Either the phone becomes dead or otherwise the incoming voice is not clear .
