Overtime is expected, and if a worker is unable to do overtime they are questioned and / or shamed by management. Canada Post is a demanding corporation which exploits its workers. Canada Post continues it’s poor service. I had a package sent to me from the USA and was shipped with guaranteed delivery date. It got to Canada lightning speed and tracking a day early but once it got to Canada Post that’s when service became brutal.
