Aug 20, 2019 · CIT Bank states that this is their requirement for any transaction more than 6 months apart which needs the POA. I was not given this information when I spoke to them about setting up the POA. Other institutions that I am dealing with do not have CIT Bank's restraint which also entails more effort, time, and financial outlay.3/5(306)
