I have made several attempts to contact Capital One Auto Finance in regards to the title to my car. In 2/23/2005, I was unter chapter 13. I have my paper work from the courts were Capital One Auto Finance requested $4, 923.45 as the amount that I owe them on my car. This amount was paid to them in full. Capital One Auto Finance is the biggest ripp off company around! Agree, BEWARE! We paid all our payments, 5 years on time. When final payment was made, suddenly we get letter saying we are 20 days in default of payment of $450.00 more than original payments on our loan.
