Cenlar sold my FHA loan this year in February and did not pay my school tax for 2017 before the sale of the loan. They paid them the two years prior but all the sudden didn't pay them out of an escrow I had been paying into. Since I now have a new mortgage company I was stuck with the tax that was over $4,000 by the time late fees were tacked on.
