Nothing works at Chronopost. The drivers permanently lie about time and day of attempt delivers, management does not exist, phones don't work, they never call back, site to calculate cost of delivery is often down, they charge €0.10-€0.25/minute to solve the problems they create, and they have a hard time solving customer complaints, etc, etc.
