Velas Vallarta Timeshare Complaints Many clients have received calls from Sierra about a year after their purchase stating that they have a buyer for their Velas Vallarta property. They are told that they just need to pay for the title search and taxes into an escrow account and then they money from the buyer will be released to the seller.

Have also been an owner there for better then 10 years. Love everything about it. BTW Club Velas is what the owners and exchangers belong to. The Hotel alone, is just the Velas Vallarta. All get the same amenities. Owners just get a few more perks.
