Jun 30, 2013 · Carpet began to break down at about 6 months. I contacted the seller, Frankenstein Flooring, who looked at our carpet, agreed and called SHAW, who six months later, sent an "expert" to come in and "analyze" the wear. This "expert", hired by Shaw, spent almost an hour messing around, climbing on his hands and knees on our carpet.
