Nov 15, 2013 · Or in 411.ca's case, pretty much refusing cancellation. In the end, we ended up sending 411.ca two checks,and in return for nothing. Simply a database. One thing I will say, 411.ca is the only one of these companies that have never called me back after I have told them to stop calling. Many will call back within 6-12 months.
