2) Deposits made after 2:00 pm are not available, per AmSouth's own policy. I have access to my paycheck today. This alone proves their excuse is incorrect. Just because they don't process it until midnight, does not mean it was not there prior to that. Under no circumstances was the bank willing to work with me. My paycheck was in that bank.
