No answer to emails and no refund since part was confirmed received by PCNation on the Parcelforce tracking service. Rang about 15 times, only get an answerphone. Had to carry out a chargeback with my bank, took about 5 minutes, if only PCNation were this efficient.

PCNation will always try to accommodate a cancellation request but we are unable to guarantee an order can be cancelled. Our ability to cancel an order is dependent on the stage in processing. If the order is too far into the shipping process at the warehouse level, it will not be able to be cancelled.
