Ordered flowers to be sent to my sister when they arrived some roses were dead, emailed and sent pics and got an apology and another bouquet sent...second bouquet worse than the 1st was not happy at all..offered a 3rd bouquet but rejected this and asked for a refund..full refund given within 15 minutes.

ordered some flowers to be delivered on Mothers day, choosing iflorist above other services because they did deliver on that particular day. Oct 14, 2013 · Just curious - how reliable/trustworthy is trustpilot? Reason I ask is that last week I filled in a review for the first time. I booked a hotel room but was pretty annoyed that if I went through trivago, then I was quoted £49 per night, but the same room, in the same hotel, for the same nights with the same booking conditions was quoted as £51 per night.
