Jun 02, 2018 · I compared that experience to an insurance claim that I filed some years back and did not get a fair shake from my insurance company. I did bring in a public adjuster late in the process (a mistake I won't repeat) and discovered that public adjusters are like the rest of us. Some are good, some are better, and Metro exceeded my expectations.
