Feb 14, 2017 · PayPlan marketed this product as a membership scheme but IMO, a membership scheme would have a fixed amount each month not a variable amount based on the level of outstanding debt so it is my opinion that it is a form of PPI. I would suggest a complaint to PayPlan and (as is likely) they reject you, see if the FOS will take a look.
