Oct 12, 2017 · Directv like most companies does not have a "complaint" department. They have customer care which handles many things, including complaints. Cell phone number, using shipper UPS, or store return is for AT&T equipment only, not Directv. Sounds like you were speaking to the wrong side of the company, which unfortunately is not a one-off occurrence.

So I was really excited to write this DirecTV NOW review after taking the streaming service for a spin recently. Surprise to no one, DirecTV NOW has some really cool features, some not so cool features, and a couple things lacking that are total head scratchers.

Directv – impossibly bad customer service on top of a poor business model I have so many customer service horror stories about this company it would be impossible to detail them all here. At a high level, in the past 1.5 years I have received 0 minutes of cable service but have been billed at least 10 times.
