I don't believe the windows are of good quality and Hansons service is terrible. I put in a bad review before when problems began to occur. I was contacted by phone by a man representing Hansons He was rude and told me that people like myself complain about everything. I advised him that my reviews are generally honest and I try to be positive.

Hanson's installed windows almost 1 year ago, Installer did not insulate/seal out the windows properly causing water and air leaks. It is now the end of July 2019 and problems are not fixed. Let me fill you, along with other consumers, some of the tricks used by Hansons. You mentioned that they asked you how much you should pay for the windows.

I can’t believe what an entire waste of time it was. A man from Wallside Windows had actually been to my home a few hours earlier to give a quote, and when I told him that I also had an appointment with Hansons he told me to look up reviews because very few people have anything good to say about 1-800-Hansons.

Wallside Windows installed windows in my home in 1999. For reference, a Google search reveals the inception of Yelp was 2004. My review is based on owning these windows 19 years, and having service and warranty work completed. As one can assume after 22 years, the windows didn't open as they did when I first got them.
