May 24, 2011 · I have had this National Congress of Employers Insurance Since 1-1-2011, and they are automatically deducting $334.00 per month from my bank account. I have been to a few different Doctors, and I paid the doctors $30.00 Co-Pay each time I go to the doctors. Until Now I have not received any Statements Of Benefits from any of the doctor visits.
