I contacted CSL which is now Sofaworks to explain that the top layer looks worn and they said they would send someone out at our cost for £37.00 to take a look, this payment was to be paid up front and if they found the sofa problems to be their fault then they would repair and refund the call out money.

May 16, 2010 · CSL are as corrupt as legalised pirates. I would avoid at all costs, their customer service record is as bad as it gets. Don’t get me wrong some of the furniture is nice, and may do you well but if you do have any issues 9 times out of 10 you’re on your own and the other time you have to really fight to get anything resolved.
