May 28, 2013 · I've had limited experience with Dell, but 80% of that experience has proven to be negative, mismanaged, exasperating, and not worth it. I think picking up the phone to call Dell about a problem (they generate much more than their fair share!) is similar to shooting yourself in the KNEE to commit suicide. They have a 5.4 Reseller Rating.
