Jan 27, 2013 · We would have to do the other procedures a little at a time as we could afford it. Long story short, after a few weeks the work I paid for was done and I was fairly satisfied. Now out of the blue Aspen sends me a bill for over $200. This should be illegal. I plan to fight, but looking at the thousands of billing complaints I don't have much hope.
