They are telling us now that we don't qualify because Direct Star Tv hooked us up and we were suposed to call an 866 number to get our rebates. We were not told that in the begining and it is not our fault that they sub the connecting work out to Direct Star Tv company.

Direct tv is the worst. Direct tv is the worst, not only did the technician take 5 hours for two receivers but he left one of the receivers inactivated. The customer service sucks and the lady when attempting to get a technician out here to finish the job he didn’t complete the previous day, was trying to charge me $99.

Direct TV service at $29.99 for two years, internet, and phone he stated my monthly charges would a little over $90.00 monthly plus taxes and fees.
