I started looking around for TV for my son room and I compared the prices from others to Direct Buy and their prices were a lot more cheaper than direct buys prices I mean hundreds of dollars cheaper.....right than and their I knew we had been scammed.

The Omega cabinets had many quality problems and DirectBuy initially refused to assist us. When we went direct to Omega, they refused to deal with us claiming that DirectBuy, as the dealer was to provide that service. Our project was delayed several months because of the runaround we got.

Nov 15, 2008 · You will not save money at Directbuy unless you are remodeling a kitchen with $100,000 budget, and even then its not worth the hassle, problems, and the wait!! I despise this company.
