Upon calling DirecTV, they claimed that our equipment was never returned and they refused to refund our account or try to locate the returned equipment. On Oct 3, 2011 we received a September 30 statement received from DirectTV for $21.16 for movies purchased on 12/27/2010, 5/22/2011, 7/29/2011, and 7/30/2011. At least one movie, stated by DirecTV - if not three of these movies were advertised as "free" through the customer loyalty program.
