This home was built in 2009 and has 1850 sq ft of living area and it also has a 3.5 ton air conditioning system installed. That system runs satisfactorily.

I have heard way too many stories about fly-by-night builders who are nowhere to be found when an unexpected issue arises sometime after the development is complete.
