I ordered a dome climber from this company back in April 2014 for $200. It was to be a gift for my grandsons 4th birthday. I received the confirmation email very shortly after ordering with information that it may take up to 4 weeks since the "product" was in high demand. I was supposed to receive the climber by May 27th. The 27th came and went.

It took us between 2 to 3 hours to set up which is what it had said it would take with 2 people. There was 2 of us, could probably do the first half alone, but then it gets a little trickier and definitely needed two sets of hands.
