Avoid as their customer service is atrocious. Contacted them for technical assistance as the installers had made a complete mess of installing the door. Clyde Windows were the installers. Refused point blank to assist as I had not placed the order with them.

The wheels have come off at Door-Stop yet again. If by any miracle you can get through to them they pass you around and cut you off, no apologies at all just bad attitude. Our 1 year old doorstop door keeps dropping and hits on the side and does not shut properly. I contacted their customer service who said the 10 year warranty is only valid with the fitter. So unless you can guarantee your fitter will not die , go into liquidation or refuse to keep coming out to adjust it your warranty is worthless.
