I have used DoYouSpain for the past 5… I have used DoYouSpain for the past 5 years and thought I was aware of all the pifalls that goes with car rental in Spain. However, I booked a car for Jan 2020 6 weeks ago and chose Ok cars as they had an offer of free additional driver.

In this case the price was 50% higher when you tried to book, probably because the Zero Excess insurance coverage that I opted for is not included in the price shown in the listing.

BEWARE if booking with doyouspain.com for care hire. I booked car hire via Do you Spain Car Hire for 12 to 14 April 2013, I was quoted 37.91 euros for a Ford focus, payment on arrival, including free additional driver, which was clearly advertised & I have the quote.. Do you Spain Car Hire claim to be the cheapest, however, I had to pay over 90 euros on collection at Reus airport.

Jun 27, 2013 · I have tried to contact both doyouspain and Goldcar on my return but neither have bothered to respond. The site still advertises that all local taxes are included. My credit card company cannot take any action as the price was not guaranteed by the actual debitor but by doyouspain.

I cancelled the car and have tried to contact Doyouspain to get my money back as the website states no cost cancellation. So far no reply. I suppose the clue was in the name 'DO YOU Spain' ? No contact tel nos listed for them but shows a registered address in London. I should have researched the net as lots of complaints about them on there
