Jul 27, 2019 · I saw Dr Rizk in May 2019 This is the first time I saw this doctor and yet he had my medical chart letter PRE DONE WITHOUT EVEN EXAMINING ME😡 Then he did not put the camera (scope)inside in any of my nostrils to check on my tumour, neither in my mouth but yet the chart letter red that everything looks normal!!!
