My heater stopped working and since I have been paying DTE 21.00 per month for 16 months, I called for service. The house was already cold and we would not have made it through the night.

We pay $36.95 per month, $1921.40 total over the past 4-plus years for nothing. Every time we have something that needs to be fixed they tell us it is not covered under this 'Platinum' plan.
