Eagle Homes has failed to honor the warranty agreement I signed at time of purchase.I purchased my home on December 19,2013. There were several things wrong with the trim work when I moved in. When I called Whirl Pool for service they informed me my warrenty had expired 5/21/2010. They said that Eagle River Homes purchased the unit 5/21/2009. We didn't even purchase the home until 9/26/2009. HUD got involved and they were even more useless. Than Heritage Homes & ERH refuses to provide us written reports on a water level test or re-level.
