Horrible experience. My money was stolen. I went to a “ hotel “ booked by ebooker.com in Phi Phi, Thailand. I m a victim of a scam. I raised a concern with ebookers but no refund of my money and they still advertising this property. Try to avoid this website as u will be mistreated.

Ebooker has no service and cheating the customers. After a cancellation of one flight (without a message) I had to book a new flight. For 18 months, the refund has been pending at Ebookers. I can not contact you only on traveling(at)customercare.ebookers.ch. But no one answers. Also after 5 telephone calls and 5 emails not.
