Jan 18, 2011 · Eco canteen ripped me off as well. It's only $5 but it's principle. They sneak an extra $5 charge in the fine print. Now I read the fine print and even after I READ CAREFULLY it seemed like I would be getting charge $15 total instead I received a charge for $20.85.

Dec 23, 2009 · If, at that time, Eco Canteen did not credit my card they would make sure to get my money back for me. I then received a contact number and email address from my card company to reach Eco Canteen. I was able to reach Eco Canteen with the intention of cancelling this order.
