Jul 17, 2019 · Filled out a rebate form for $25 dollars 3 months ago. When checked status of rebate on the website, Elanco indicates the rebate was fulfilled, but no rebate was received. The phone number for customer service only allows for checking the status of the rebate. Email customer service also only allows for checking status.

The $20 rebate promised by the company is near impossible to get. To apply online you must insert your dog’s date of birth. No matter how you type in the date, the form will not accept it.

Nov 24, 2017 · Spent over $60 on Elanco's Interceptor Plus for my dog, which comes with a measly $5 rebate. So I filled out the form, uploaded the documents, and copies of receipt etc, and 4 weeks later I get a REWARD Card.

Oct 11, 2018 · Trifexis issued a VISA Debit card rebate for buying 12 monthe Trifexis supply. Card will not work and the numer to call on the back of the VISA card is pre programmed questions that do not cover defective cards with no option to contact a person. $50.00 rip off.
